In casesthe whenevent that administrative action must be taken within the school system andbut the Board has provided no guidelines for administrative actionguidance through policy, the Superintendent shall have the power to act.

The Superintendent shall inform the Board of theactions needtaken and make recommendations for policy onto suchprovide topics.future guidance.
